Retail Studio Renovation

Some Before and After pictures of a Retail Studio interior renovation I did in Kimberley BC. This little space became Traceys Work/Retail area for several month in downtown Kimberley. A floor to ceiling reconstruction/restoration was done which included removing all existing walls, ceiling and floor materials. A partition wall was framed in creating 2 separate retail spaces. A new sub-ceiling was also framed in and sheeted with fire rated wall board as well as on all the walls. The new floor is 3/4" OSB which was milled to incorporate reclaimed 1" x 4" T&G fir planks salvaged from the demolition. Baseboard was also milled from reclaimed framing material. A home made natural oil/wax penetrating varnish was applied to the floor.
